We use personal information to conduct research and analytics, including to improve our services and product offerings; to understand how you interact with our websites, USTRADA Mobile apps, advertisements, and communications with you to determine which of our products or services are the most popular, and to improve our websites, USTRADA Mobile Apps, and marketing campaigns; to personalize your experience, to save you time when you visit our websites and USTRADA Mobile Apps, and to customize the marketing and advertising that we show you; to understand how you use our USTRADA Mobile Apps; to create a more personalized experience for you when you visit our stores; to provide services, to better understand our customers’ needs, and to provide personalized recommendations about our products and services.


Providing Products and Services

We use your personal information to provide products and services, such as to fulfill your orders and/or complete the transactions you request;, process your payments; provide you receipts and order updates; send notifications to you related to your account, purchases, returns, exchanges, subscriptions, and reservations; and create, maintain, and otherwise manage your account, profile, or contract, including offering functionalities such as the ability to save user preferences and transaction history and to provide a forum for discussion, asking questions, posting photos and reviews, and sharing experiences.


Depending on the products and/or services you request, the categories of information used for these purposes may include Basic Identifying Information, Payment Information, and Commercial Information. If you inquire to contract with us, you may be asked to provide a Government-Issued Identifier. For certain services, such as online, and in-store digital experiences, or consultations with a Team member, you may choose to provide Physical Characteristics and/or Health and Medical Information (please note that USTRADA does not store Health and Medical information)


Communicating With You

We use your personal information to communicate with you, such as to respond to and/or follow-up on your requests, inquiries, issues or feedback, and to provide customer service.


4 How we share your personal information

Third parties at your request: you may choose to share your activities on USTRADA with your friends through email, text or on various social media networks.

Promotional partners: third parties with whom we partner to provide contests and sweepstakes, or other promotional activities, which will usually be identified by name in the Official Rules of the contest or sweepstakes.

Service Providers

We have implemented industry-accepted administrative, physical, and technology-based security measures to help protect against lost, misuse and alteration of your personal information in our possession and under our control. We ensure that our employees, contractors, and third-party service providers who have access to personal information in our systems acknowledge their obligations and commit to safeguarding that information.


6 Children's privacy

USTRADA does not knowingly request or collect personal information from anyone younger than 13 years old without prior consent from a parent or legal guardian. Please contact privacy@ustrada.com if you believe your child under age 13 has submitted personal information to USTRADA without prior parental or legal guardian consent so that we can take steps to delete the information.


7 Your California privacy rights

If you reside in the State of California, this Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information above regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and sale of your personal information and your rights regarding that information.

We adopt this notice to comply with California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (Cal. Civ. Code 1798.100 et seq.) ("CCPA") and the regulations enacted by the Office of the Attorney General of California in connection with the CCPA. The CCPA gives California Residents the right to know what personally identifiable information is collected about them, and how it will be used, disclosed, and sold. 8 Your legal rights

You may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it, update and correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law.

Identity Verification

For us to process some requests, we will need to verify your identity to confirm that the request came from you. We may contact you by phone or e-mail to verify your request. Depending on your request, we will ask for information such as your name, and an e-mail address that you have used with USTRADA, or a phone number you have used with USTRADA. For certain requests, we may also ask you to provide details about the most recent purchase you made online or in store.

Viewing your personal information. You can access your name, email address, billing address, shipping addresses, payment methods, transaction information (purchases), membership information and email by logging into your account on the Websites.

Updating your personal information. You can also correct or update your name, email, billing or shipping addresses, and payment methods by logging into your account on the Websites. You may also make a request to update your personal information by writing to us at the email or postal mailing address specified in the "Contact Us" section below.
