Category rules
Footwear
General policy: Footwear must be tried indoors to remain return-eligible. Please test fit on clean floors. Shoes worn outdoors (mud, dirt, heavy scuffing) are not eligible for return/exchange.
Altra Running: We honor a 30-day Trial Runs guarantee on Altra footwear.
You can run in them and still return them for a full refund within 30 days if the fit isn’t right.
Apparel
Apparel should be unworn / unwashed and in original condition. Keep tags attached (if applicable), for the fastest processing.
Skincare
Skincare returns are accepted for unopened/unused items only.

Top clarifications
Do I get a refund or store credit?
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Prefer store credit instead? Let us know when you start your return—we’ll issue credit so you can shop right away.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
Email customerservice@ustrada.com with your order # and photos (item + packaging). We’ll confirm the fastest fix—replacement, refund, or store credit—based on the situation.
I don’t have an account — can I still return?
Absolutely. Your order confirmation email has what you need to start a return. Can’t find it? No problem—email customerservice@ustrada.com with the name and email used at checkout, and our Pit Crew will help you out.
