It’s a barrier-first rewards program designed to support your active skin barrier as you sweat, hike, and live outside. Members earn 25% back in Reset Rewards on every order—plus 60-day returns, complimentary gift wrap, and a birthday surprise to make every reset feel special.

No. Joining The Reset Circle is completely free. Simply create an account, and you’re in.

It’s simple. Just follow these steps:

• Log into your Ustrada account.
• Click the “Join The Reset Circle” button (on this page or at checkout).
• Create your profile by adding your birthday and your favorite way to sweat—so we can send you gifts and recommend the right gear for your routine.

Once you’re in, you’ll start earning 25% back in Reset Rewards on every order.

On every purchase, you earn 25% back in Reset Rewards based on your product subtotal (after discounts, but before tax and shipping). Your rewards are added to your account and can be used toward future Ustrada orders.

Rewards appear as “Pending” immediately after you order. To accommodate our return window, they unlock and become ready to spend 30 days after shipping—as long as the order hasn’t been returned or cancelled.

Simply log in to your account and navigate to “My Reset Rewards.” You’ll see your current active balance and any pending rewards there.

When you’re signed in:

1. Add your items to cart.
2. Go to checkout.
3. If you have active rewards, you’ll see an option to apply them to your order before you pay.

Your rewards will reduce your order total just like store credit.

Active rewards expire 12 months from the date they unlock. We’ll always send you a reminder before that happens so you don't miss out.

If you return an item:

• The Reset Rewards earned on that item will be deducted from your balance.
• If you have already spent those rewards, the equivalent value will be deducted from your refund amount.
