When will my order ship out?
Most orders ship in 1–2 days (including weekends). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email when your label is created.
Can I update my address after placing an order?
Sometimes. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update it. If it’s already in transit, options depend on the carrier—contact us ASAP.
Tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have it.
First: check your entryway/mailbox area, neighbors, and building office/locker. If it’s still missing, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll help with next steps.
I can’t find my tracking link.
Check your shipping confirmation email first. If you have an account, log in and open your order to view tracking. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll look it up.
