No—the Pit Stop is walk-in. Barrier Lab services require booking.

Can I come in after a workout?

Yes. Come as you are — sweat, sun, and movement are expected here.

How does Resetters check-in work?

Scan at each visit. 7 check-ins = a Recovery Kit.

Is the Pit Stop free?

Yes — stations are free. Products and services are separate.

Can I return shoes after wearing them outside?

For most brands, footwear must be tried indoors to remain returnable. Altra is the exception: we offer a 30-day Trial Runs guarantee on Altra footwear — you can run in them and still return/exchange within 30 days if the fit isn’t right.
