Suggested Usage:
Standard Hold Firmly grip the thicker part of the handle without covering the solar panel with your hand. Rolling Method Roll in both directions along the lines of your face and body, pulling up the areas where the skin is soft.
Face Care Roll back and forth from the corners of your mouth to your ears.
Head Care Closing your eyes, roll up and down from your forehead to the top of your head.
Neck Care Roll up and down from the base of your neck to the base of your skull.
Upper Arm Care Roll back and forth from your elbows to your armpits, pulling up as you roll.
Chest Care Roll back and forth from below your armpits to the center of your chest.
Waist Care Roll up and down along the side of your body from your waist to your ribs, pulling up as you roll.
